1) Using this website

KayZTeC Technologies (Private) Limited publishes and operates this Zimbabwe website and KayZTeC LaunchGuard.

  • Website content is general information, not legal, financial, or security advice.
  • Do not scrape at scale, spam forms, attempt to break security, or perform unauthorized or high-volume scanning.
  • Bounded LaunchGuard checks are permitted only under the authorized-use conditions in the LaunchGuard section below.
  • We may change or remove website content.

2) KayZTeC LaunchGuard terms

LaunchGuard is an anonymous, bounded, read-only MCP service for point-in-time checks of public HTTP(S) and public DNS information. It has no user account, subscription, commerce, continuous-monitoring, or report-history function.

Authorization

By submitting a target, you represent that you own or administer it, or have explicit authorization from the owner to assess it. You remain responsible for the submitted target and your use of the report.

Prohibited use

You must not use LaunchGuard to:

  • Perform bulk, high-volume, disruptive, or load-testing activity.
  • Test private, local, internal, credential-bearing, or otherwise unsafe network destinations.
  • Submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, MFA codes, confidential URLs, or other credentials.
  • Bypass access controls, destination blocks, or rate limits.
  • Perform exploit testing or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Harvest personal information or use the service unlawfully or contrary to third-party terms.

Technical controls and availability

Checks are subject to timeouts, response-size limits, redirect-count limits, independent validation of redirect destinations, destination blocks, and rate limits. Results may be incomplete when a limit is reached. KayZTeC may temporarily refuse or suspend requests that appear abusive. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

The initial supported user markets are Zimbabwe and South Africa. Authorized public targets may be located elsewhere, subject to applicable law, third-party restrictions, and the technical controls above. Availability through a particular MCP client may vary by platform and location.

Third-party systems and results

LaunchGuard sends technical requests to public websites, redirect destinations, hosting infrastructure, and public DNS services. Those third parties are independent and may block, alter, cache, geolocate, or rate-limit responses.

Reports are informational and point-in-time. They may include false positives, false negatives, stale DNS data, or client-specific results. Independently verify important findings.

What LaunchGuard is not

LaunchGuard is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, security certification, legal or regulatory opinion, warranty, guarantee of compliance, or guarantee that a launch will succeed or be vulnerability-free.

Privacy and support

See the privacy policy for data handling and the LaunchGuard support page for troubleshooting, safe support details, and abuse reporting.

Operator and market scope

KayZTeC Technologies (Private) Limited is the LaunchGuard operator. The South African pages on kayztec.com describe a KayZTeC market presence and do not identify a separate LaunchGuard operator. The Zimbabwe governing-law and venue provision below applies to LaunchGuard.

3) Enquiries, quotes and engagements

  • Quotes are estimates based on known information. Final scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed in a proposal or statement of work.
  • An engagement starts only when the applicable proposal or agreement is accepted.
  • Clients must provide accurate information, timely access, and their own backups unless a written agreement states otherwise.

4) Managed services and support

Specific service levels, response times, inclusions, and exclusions apply only when confirmed in the relevant plan or written agreement. The general contact-page response statement is not a LaunchGuard SLA.

5) Domain ownership and renewals

Clients should register and renew domains in their own name and billing email. DNS assistance does not transfer ownership or renewal responsibility unless a written domain-management agreement says otherwise.

6) Site assistant

The site assistant can make mistakes. Treat its responses as guidance and do not paste confidential information into it.

7) Intellectual property

  • KayZTeC logos, trademarks, and site content belong to KayZTeC or its licensors.
  • You may link to the site and share short attributed extracts, but may not resell or reproduce substantial content.
  • Rights in client work are governed by the applicable written agreement.

8) Third-party tools and links

Third-party platforms and websites have their own terms, privacy practices, technical behavior, and availability. KayZTeC does not control them.

9) Warranties and liability

  • The website and LaunchGuard are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded.
  • KayZTeC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Keep independent backups unless a written agreement covers them.
  • For paid services, total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KayZTeC against claims arising from unlawful website use or a breach of these terms.

11) Privacy

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

12) Governing law and venue

These Zimbabwe website and LaunchGuard terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The courts of Harare, Zimbabwe have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies that applicable law gives a user.

13) Changes to these terms

Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after a change is subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14) Contact

Use the public contact page for terms questions. LaunchGuard troubleshooting and abuse-report guidance is available on the support page.
